We stand by the quality of our products and offer a 2-year warranty on all purchases. We want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase and are here to assist with any warranty claims.

Initiating a Warranty Claim:

To initiate a free repair under warranty, please confirm your request by contacting our customer support team. Here’s how the process works:

  1. Contact Us: Report the issue by contacting us.
  2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping fees when returning the item. We will cover the shipping costs to send the repaired item back to you.

Eligibility for Free Repair:

Please note that free repairs are not available for items that have been damaged or misused. If your item falls into this category, you may still return it at your expense and will be charged a fee for the repair. In such cases, return shipping costs will also be the customer’s responsibility.

Limited Warranty Exclusions:

The Limited Warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by acts of nature (e.g., lightning, tornadoes, floods, fire, earthquakes) or other external causes
  • Negligence or commercial use
  • Alterations or modifications to any part of the product
  • Damage caused by using non-Ulefone products
  • Accidents, abuse, or misuse
  • Operating the product outside its intended use or with improper voltage/power supply
  • Unauthorized service (including upgrades and expansions)

Software and Data:

Please note that recovery and reinstallation of software programs and user data are not covered under this warranty.

If any term of this warranty is deemed illegal or unenforceable, the remaining terms will still be valid and enforceable.
